Brandt's H-D .com Return and Exchange Policy

All returns or exchanges are handled by the Dealer where purchased. The return policy is simple. Within 30 days of receipt of the product shipment, you may return or exchange the product shipped. Customer pays all return or exchange shipping charges.

Any item purchased in it's original condition including all product tags, instructions, hardware, accessories, and packaging.

Any item that is not scratched, soiled or damaged due to use or installation. ( If you have questions about installation, fitment, or sizing of any item, contact us for assistance before installing or using any product.)

Brandt's H-D will issue a full refund for the price of any item (or exchange) you return that meets these conditions. We can only refund shipping if the return is a result of our own error. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Returns must be preauthorized by us and are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. These amounts will be deducted from the original amount billed and the remaining balance will be credited to the original credit card.

Call our Dealership and request a return or exchange product order number.

A copy of the original invoice must accompany the return or exchange.

Include all returned or exchanged items in the original packageing with product tags intact (see policy above).

Pack all product carefully and either mail or deliver your return or exchange within 30 days of the shipment date to Brandt's H-D for a full refund of the Online Purchase Price or for an exchange. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Return via prepaid UPS or US mail to Brandt's H-D. Insure shipment for full value of purchase.

Shipping and Handling: Shipping and handling charges are based on total price of your order. Oversized or heavy items may have an additional shipping cost. This charge may not be calculated until the order is being prepared. We will notify you if there is an increase in the shipping charge or your order prior to billing and shipping. Shipment By UPS: We ship via UPS Ground or US Postal Service in the continental US. Shipments to Alaska & Hawaii and International orders will have an additional shipping cost applied. Delivery Time: Allow 4-10 business days for delivery of non-backordered items in the continental US. Allow additional time for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and International Orders.

Consolidated Shipments: Entire orders will be shipped together if at all possible.

Sales Tax: Sales tax is charged on instate orders if required by law.

Most major credit cards are accepted. Credit card purchases verified for your protection.
