MEET THE BRANDT'S CREW

MIKE "Mr. Wrench" BRANDT

has gained much notoriety among his peers in the industry for his both his mechanical skill as well as the great success of Brandt's Harley-Davidson. Mike is the sole owner of the dealership, and is very proud to carry on the Brandt family business that began in 1949, leading to dealership to the prestigious Gold Bar & Shield Award in both 2008 and 2009. He has seen the Harley-Davidson Company grow exponentially over his 40+ years of experience, and knows motorcycles inside and out. Mike is also an avid bike builder, and has created some amazing bikes over the years. You will see him turning wrenches in the service department almost every day of the week, but he also enjoys kicking back with his other half, Leila, and his grandchildren, Tyler & Kirstyn.

STEVE BRANDT

has a big town enthusiasm with a small town flair. Educated at Ball State and H-D Universities respectively, he has what it takes to ensure your H-D® experience is the best that it can be. "I've seen many changes in my 41 years riding experience and truly appreciate the riding camaraderie that Harley creates". Steve has a daughter named "Kandi" and sees his family experiences translate to better communications with his clientele.

BRITTANY RAGER

has been working at the dealership for 5 years, and is the Warranty & Office Manager. She is in charge of warranty, advertising, payables, and planning the various rides and events that the dealership holds throughout the year. She also helps with advertising and planning out the shop's events. She attended Indiana University-South Bend and Manchester College. In her spare time, she enjoys music, coaching basketball, and of course, riding Harley-Davidson® motorcycles. If you have any questions regarding warranty or Brandt's events, just give her a call!

MIKE "Roady" RODENBECK

is the Service Writer/Manager.Roady has ridden Harley-Davidson® motorcycles for over 35 years and has 25 years of sales experience. He really enjoys riding his 2002 Road Glide. "Roady" has received formal training at H-D University with a background in computer analysis and operation. Mike is the backbone of the custom parts department and specializes in parts research, performance, and detailing. He guarantees he will find that "special something" you are looking for!

DEAN SHEPHERD

"Deano" is a Wabash native and has been a part of the "New and Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales Department" for 6 years. He is proud of his sports background and attended Ball State University. He loves spending time on his 2008 custom Street Glide and has special interest in older, classic cars when he’s away from the shop. If you’re in the market for a new or used bike, Dean will help you find what you need!

SEAN STONER

-is the Brandt's H-D's General Manager and oversees the general operations of the shop. He lives near Macy with his wife, Cindy, and two sons, Bailey and Peyton. He enjoys riding his father's 1986 FLHT, which was purchased at Brandt's HD in 1994. If you have any questions about the dealership, Sean will be happy to assist you.

BOB HUBER

heads up the Financing and Insurance at the dealership. Bob is a Peru native and lifelong motorcycle enthusiast. He has been in the finance business for over 20 years and really enjoys what he does. He is the owner of a tricked out Nighster and a 2007 Ultra Classic.

DAVE VORE

is part time Salesman, part time Parts and full time Harley-Davidson®. Dave retired from Chrysler after 33 years and has been on a Harley® for at least that many years. Dave's significant other swears he helped put the Brandt boys through school with all the bikes he's purchased from Waldo Brandt over the years. He enjoys spending time with his 4 kids, all his grandchildren, and cruising on his ’06 Street Glide. Dave's at the shop from 10:00 to 3:30 most of the time. He definitely is an asset when dealing with customers. He knows his bikes and loves to talk shop.

BILL HOLLER

has been at the shop as our Parts Manager. He lives with his wife Ginny of nine years in Peru, Indiana. He has five kids and 8 grandchildren. He retired from the Peru Fire Department in 1996, and is a Patriot Guard Rider. In 1999, he received the Best Bike Builder Award at Daytona Bike Week. He has been riding for 45 years, and now enjoys spending his spare time on his ‘08 Screamin’ Eagle Ultra Classic Electra Glide. For all your parts and accessories wants and needs, Bill is here to help!

BEN SHROPSHIRE

works in our service department and is a great asset to the dealership. He resides in Peru with his wife, Ashlee, and has a little one on the way! He graduated from Smokey Mountain High School in Sylva, North Carolina. He recently purchased a new 2009 Road Glide and enjoys getting out on the bike all months of the year. Come on in, Ben can help you with all your service needs!

JASON KISER

is a graduate of MMI in Orlando, Florida and is an Expert Level Technician. He specializes in Screamin’ Eagle race tuners and is our DynoJet expert! Jason looks forward to helping you get the best performance and most horsepower out of your bike. Jason lives in Rochester with his wife and his son, Jonas. He recently finished building ’96 Custom Fat Boy and enjoys riding whenever he gets a chance. Jason would be more than happy to get your ride ready for Spring, Summer, Fall or Winter!

SAM JOHNSON

Sam is one of our newest additons to the Brandt's service tech family. He hails from Rochester, IN and recently graduated from MMI in Phoenix, Arizona. He enjoys social events, riding motorcycles, and has past experience in motorcross racing. He enjoys his job, and is ready for your bike appointment to be made! Be sure to stop in and say hello.

MATT MOORE

graduated high school from Lewis Cass in Walton, Indiana. He has been a service tech. Matt enjoys riding 1991 XL and playing pool when he’s away from the shop. Be sure to stop in and say hello, and grab a cup of our Biker Brew coffee while Matt services your bike.

LEILA KNOBLOCK

works in both our Motorclothes® and Parts Department. She has two children, Brook and Branden, one grandson, Tyler and also has a granddaughter, Kirstyn. She loves spending time with family and friends. She enjoys getting out on the road with Mike (Mr. Wrench) on her ‘99 Night Train®.

GREG GATCHEL

has been a Harley rider since he was 12 years of age. He bought his first Harley® from Waldo in 1968. Greg is a devoted family man with a beautiful wife and 6 children. Greg takes care of the supervision and maintenance of Brandt's interior and exterior. Greg also oversees all vehicle pick-ups and deliveries. He supervises the bike detail department. If your vehicle needs cleaning come see Greg. Greg currently rides a black ’06 Dyna® and has a 1977 XLH® which was shown in a major motorcycle magazine in 1994.

BROOK KNOBLOCK

is Leila's daughter, and works part-time in the Motorclothes Department. She enjoys working with customers and setting them up with just what they're looking for. She has been around motorcycles all her life, and is valuable to the dealership staff. She has two amazing children, Tyler and Kirstyn, who love to be at the dealership with their mom, Nana Leila and Papaw Mike.

CORY KOCH

works in the Parts & Accessories department, and is the newest addition here at the dealership. Cory starting racing motorcycles when he was just 3 years old, and had been in love with them ever since. He is a Wabash native and lives with his wife, Heather. He enjoys anything outdoors, like boating, riding motorcycles, and dirt bike racing. If you have a question about parts, Cory is the man to ask!
